Purchase Terms:

 

Once a commitment to purchase an animal is made, full payment is due within 24 hours. I retain the right to decline sales without explanation.

I am open to accepting payments through e-transfer or PayPal Friends & Family.

 

Payment Plans: We do not offer long-term payment plans. However, in certain cases, we may consider short-term payment plans. These plans would require a nonrefundable down payment of 25% of the total cost of the gecko(s) being purchased. It's important to note that requests for short-term payment plans must be discussed and agreed upon before the purchase is finalized.

 

Courtesy Hold: At my discretion, I may place a gecko on a 48-hour courtesy hold with a nonrefundable 25% down payment. If full payment isn't received within 48 hours of a purchase request, the gecko will be relisted, and the 25% deposit will be forfeited. No animal is considered "sold" until full payment is received.

If we are holding an animal (or animals) in our care for any reason, because weather is not within the acceptable range for shipping, we maintain the right to claim any eggs laid during the hold period. This qualifies even if the gecko(s) have/has been paid for in full. Prices paid are for the geckos listed for sale only and do not include offspring or eggs.

 

Refund Policy: If a buyer changes their mind after making a payment, a non-refundable 25% portion of the purchase price will be retained.

 

Refunds for received animals will be considered within 1 hour of delivery. For refunds to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

 

The recipient must have been present at the specified address to receive the package directly from the shipping carrier.

  • The package must not have been left outside or exposed.

  • Any concerns must be promptly communicated upon discovery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping and charges for a replacement animal. Refunds require evidence of injury or issues.

 

Shipping Terms:

 

Domestic and International Shipping: We offer shipping throughout Canada and the USA, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. Our shipping partner is Reptile Express, utilizing their priority overnight service. Shipments occur Monday  ensuring arrivals between Tuesday and Wednesday. Shipping is contingent on favourable weather conditions at both ends of the journey. Feel free to reach out to us for a shipping quote. Pick up at the shipping hub is preferred over to-your-door shipping.

 

Canada to USA Shipping: For shipments from Canada to the USA, the process commences at $260.00 USD. This fee encompasses all expenses related to import, wildlife inspection, brokerage, and shipping supplies. Imports occur biweekly from April to Mid November depending on the weather. Tail Loss and Holds: While we endeavor to ensure the best conditions during shipping, instances of tail loss can occur and are beyond our control. Regrettably, we do not provide refunds for tail loss, as it does not impact the gecko's lineage, quality of life, breeding potential, value, or overall well-being.

 

International Purchases and Shipments: Same terms apply, except the refund policy. No refunds are provided for international sales due to extended delivery times.
